North American Motor Officers Association (NAMOA) and the hosting agencies; Marysville Police Department, Lynnwood Police Department, King County Sheriff's Office, Bellevue Police Department, Skagit County Sheriff's Office, and Whatcom County Sheriff Office would like to welcome you to the Vendors Page. Since 1984 NAMOA has hosted a training conference for motorcycle officers from Canada, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with participation of nearly 150-200 motorcycle officers. The event draws their family, friends, and support staff, along with the community to watch and cheer on the participants. This year’s goal is to draw up to 200 participants along with making it a community event with several thousand people showing up throughout the 3 day event. Your marketing dollars are well spent at this event, especially in today's economy with such a low entry fee. There are decision makers, supervisors, participants, and the public there to show case and sell your product. Vendors have space outdoors around the track all three days to display their banner and/ or place a both to display and sell their products. On Friday May 14th 2010 there will be vendors fair inside the hotel open to the participants and their support staff. Please show your support for this mission and for NAMOA by becoming a Vendor/Sponsor at our 2010 NAMOA Training Conference. Your support is crucial to the success of the training conference and is gratefully appreciated by the leadership and membership of NAMOA. Important: you maybe a Sponsor and Vendor at the same time. If you would like to do this, please go to the sponsorship page and complete that form! You do not need to complete both forms! We have placed a link below for you to open the Sponsor registration form. If you have any questions, please contact NAMAO 2010 Training Conference Host Committee.
The head count for the Saturday night banquet has reached its maximum capacity. We are not accepting anymore banquet reservations. Only registered riders & guests will be allowed into the banquet.
ALERT!!!- Effective April 12, 2010 the 2010 NAMOA Host Committee can NOT provide a refund to anyone who withdraws from the event. This is due to the way the NAMOA Training Conference is funded (registration, sponsorship, vendors). After this date the money collected or promised by the participants is accounted for and spent. Anyone who fails to show for the event after this date and has promised to pay later or upon arrival will be billed for the registration fee, due to the fact this would leave the host committee responsible and we do not have the money to cover someone else’s expenses. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it must be this way.
The Vendor Fee of $250.00 is to ensure your spot as an official vendor for the 2010 conference. We are also wishing to have a kind gift if possible.
If you register early on you will be able to reserve a location for set up. Otherwise the locations will be assigned by first come for serve.
